FRP-UHPC concrete composite column and construction method thereof
The invention provides an FRP-UHPC concrete composite column and a construction method thereof, and solves the problems that a butt joint interface of a steel pipe concrete structure is frequently damaged, and a steel pipe on the outer layer is easy to corrode and rust, so that a building structure is easy to have potential safety hazards. The UHPC pipe comprises an inner-layer UHPC pipe body and an outer-layer UHPC pipe body, the outer-layer UHPC pipe body is arranged outside the inner-layer UHPC pipe body in a sleeving mode, and a first opening groove which is vertically through and internally and externally through is formed in the pipe wall of the inner-layer UHPC pipe body; cast-in-place concrete is filled inside the inner-layer UHPC pipe and between the outer-layer UHPC pipe and the inner-layer UHPC pipe; and the outer peripheral surface of the outer UHPC pipe is covered with an FRP cloth layer. The UHPC pipes which are arranged layer by layer are adopted to replace steel pipes to serve as constraints during concrete pouring, and the FRP layer located on the outer layer is matched, so that the thermal expansion coefficients of the formed beam columns are always consistent; the problem that the butt joint interface of the concrete and the steel of the concrete-filled steel tube structure is frequently damaged due to different moduli and thermal expansion coefficients is solved.
本发明提供了一种FRP‑UHPC混凝土复合柱及其施工方法,解决了钢管混凝土结构的对接界面处经常出现破坏,而且外层的钢管容易被腐蚀和锈蚀,导致建筑结构容易出现安全隐患的问题。本发明包括内层UHPC管、外层UHPC管,外层UHPC管套设在内层UHPC管的外部,内层UHPC管的管壁上开设有上下贯通且内外通透的第一开口槽;内层UHPC管的内部和外层UHPC管与内层UHPC管之间填充有现浇混凝土;外层UHPC管的外周面上覆盖设有FRP布层。本发明采用层层布设的UHPC管代替钢管作为混凝土浇筑时的约束,配合位于外层的FRP层,使得成型后的梁柱的热膨胀系数始终一致,避免了钢管混凝土结构的混凝土和钢材因不同的模量和热膨胀系数所引起的在其对接界面处经常出现破坏的问题。
