The one-time pouring forming construction method comprises the following steps that S1, construction preparation is conducted; s2, optimizing an aluminum mold system; s3, paying off and positioning; s4, mounting a supporting rod; s5, binding reinforcing steel bars; s6, the aluminum formwork is installed; s7, mold lifting, correcting and reinforcing; s8, concrete pouring; s9, the aluminum formwork system is dismantled; and S10, protecting and testing a finished product. The novel aluminum formwork reinforcing system is adopted for achieving one-time pouring forming of the concrete reverse ridge, tedious procedures such as scabbling, steel bar planting, formwork erecting and pouring in secondary pouring of the reverse ridge are omitted, masonry construction can be interspersed in advance, and the construction period is greatly shortened.
