The invention relates to a plugging cement composition for well drilling, a cement slurry system and a preparation method of the cement slurry system. The plugging cement composition comprises a plugging cement main material and a water dispersion resistant additive, the plugging cement main material comprises oil well cement, the anti-water dispersion additive is composed of an anti-dispersion flocculant and an anti-dispersion regulator, and every 100 parts of oil well cement corresponds to 4-7 parts of the anti-dispersion flocculant and 0.1-0.5 part of the anti-dispersion regulator; the anti-dispersion flocculating agent is an acrylamide fluid loss agent; the anti-dispersion regulator is a naphthalene sulfonic acid-formaldehyde condensate. According to the cement composition disclosed by the invention, the anti-dispersion flocculant is used for reducing the filter loss of cement paste, so that cement particles are kept in a relatively stable flocculation state, the water insulation effect of the cement paste in cracks and karst caves is improved, and the cement paste for leaking stoppage is ensured to reside in the cracks; and the anti-dispersion regulator is used for regulating the flocculation state forming speed of the plugging cement paste, so that the problems that the plugging material is difficult to reside in alkaline water and the plugging effect is poor in the prior art are effectively solved.
本发明涉及一种钻井用堵漏水泥组合物、水泥浆体系及其制备方法,包括堵漏水泥主料和抗水分散添加剂;所述堵漏水泥主料包括油井水泥,抗水分散添加剂由抗分散絮凝剂和抗分散调节剂组成,每100份油井水泥对应抗分散絮凝剂的用量为4‑7份、抗分散调节剂的用量为0.1‑0.5份;所述抗分散絮凝剂为丙烯酰胺类降失水剂;所述抗分散调节剂为萘磺酸甲醛缩合物。本发明的水泥组合物,通过抗分散絮凝剂降低水泥浆的滤失量,使得水泥颗粒间保持较稳定的絮凝状态,提高水泥浆在裂缝、溶洞中的隔水作用,保证堵漏水泥浆驻留在裂缝中;通过抗分散调节剂调整堵漏水泥浆絮凝状态形成的速度,有效解决现有技术堵漏材料在碱水中驻留难、封堵效果差的问题。
