The invention provides an oil and gas well composite plugging cement paste and a preparation method thereof, the plugging cement paste comprises the following components by weight: 100 parts of cement, 9-24 parts of a rigid granular material, 5-10 parts of an elastic granular material, 0.8-3 parts of a fiber material, 5-10 parts of silica fume, 0.5-1.5 parts of a dispersant, 3.5-5.5 parts of a filtrate reducer, 1-5 parts of a retarder, 0.1-0.3 part of an antifoaming agent and 53-65 parts of water; the preparation method comprises the following steps: weighing silica fume, a rigid granular material, an elastic granular material, a fiber material, a dispersant and cement, and carrying out uniform dry mixing; adding the filtrate reducer, the retarder and the defoaming agent into water, and uniformly mixing; and adding the solid mixture into the liquid mixture, and uniformly mixing to obtain the plugging cement paste. The leaking stoppage cement paste can greatly improve the leaking stoppage success rate; and the pressure bearing capacity is high, high temperature resistance is achieved, complex working conditions can be adapted, and well leakage can be effectively treated.
本发明提供了一种油气井复合型堵漏水泥浆及其制备方法,以重量份计,所述堵漏水泥浆包括以下组分:水泥100份、刚性颗粒材料9~24份、弹性颗粒材料5~10份、纤维材料0.8~3份、微硅粉5~10份、分散剂0.5~1.5份、降滤失剂3.5~5.5份、缓凝剂1~5份、消泡剂0.1~0.3份和水53~65份;所述制备方法包括以下步骤:称取微硅粉、刚性颗粒材料、弹性颗粒材料、纤维材料、分散剂和水泥,干混均匀;将降滤失剂、缓凝剂和消泡剂加入水中混合均匀;将固体混合物加入到液体混合物中,混合均匀,获得堵漏水泥浆。本发明的堵漏水泥浆可大幅提高堵漏成功率;承压能力强,耐高温,能够适应复杂的工况,可有效治理井漏。
