The second front-and-back moving tracks are located on the left inner side and the right inner side of the first front-and-back moving track, second moving assemblies which are located in the portal assembly and correspond to the second front-and-back moving tracks are further arranged on the portal assembly, and meanwhile the invention further discloses an intelligent ballastless track construction method. Normal construction requirements can be met, and mounting and dismounting of the track panel frame and the formwork can be facilitated.
