The method comprises the following steps: firstly, measuring a current deviation value of a track panel adjustment position by using a track detection trolley and transmitting the current deviation value to a control system, and calculating a corresponding adjustment amount by the control system according to the current deviation value of the track panel adjustment position and a design precision requirement; then using the visual system for detecting the spatial positions of the head of the elevation adjusting screw and the head of the rail direction adjusting screw corresponding to the track panel frame and feeding back the spatial positions to the control system, and controlling the space adjusting device to combine the wrench mechanism with the head of the elevation adjusting screw or the head of the rail direction adjusting screw in a matched mode by the control system; according to the ballastless track adjusting device, the track panel is adjusted by adjusting the elevation or the track direction of the corresponding track panel frame, intelligent construction of the ballastless track is achieved through engineering measurement and automatic control, the construction adjusting precision is greatly improved, the labor intensity of operators is reduced, and the working efficiency is improved.
