The invention provides a reinforced concrete beam external prestress reinforcing structure of NPR steel bars. The reinforced concrete beam external prestress reinforcing structure comprises the NPR steel bars, an anchoring structure and a prestress applying assembly used for tensioning the NPR steel bars. The prestress applying assembly comprises a reinforcing steel bar prestress applying anchorage device, a cross-core type tensioning jack, a guide rod, a temporary fixing assembly and an anchor plate assembly; the temporary fixing assembly comprises clamping plate clamps capable of being clamped and fixed to the two sides of the reinforced concrete beam structure, and mounting bases arranged below the clamping plate clamps. The problem of large deformation under dynamic load can be solved, the structure is simple, and installation is convenient; according to the method, the external prestressing reinforcing structure of the reinforced concrete beam is used, holes are not punched in the concrete beam structure when the tensioning jack is temporarily fixed, and secondary damage to the reinforced concrete beam structure during external prestressing reinforcing can be reduced.
