The invention discloses an underwater tunnel with inverted pile piers and a construction method thereof, and is characterized in that the underwater tunnel comprises piers, pipe joints and piles, and the piers comprise pile connectors; the construction method comprises the following main construction steps: 1) completing prefabrication of piers, pipe joints and piles; (2) pile construction is completed; (3) the piers are transported in a floating mode to sink in place, and the piles are inversely inserted into the pile connectors; (4) the piles and the piers are connected in the water-free pile connectors; (5) the pipe joints are conveyed to the positions above the piers in a floating mode and are placed on the two adjacent piers in a sinking mode; (6) one end of the tunnel pipe joint which is being installed is connected with one end of the adjacent installed tunnel pipe joint, and then the tunnel pipe joint which is being installed is connected with the bridge pier; the construction method has the main advantages that cofferdam-free open excavation construction can be achieved in shallow water, construction of the floating tunnel can be achieved in deep water, the construction period is short, and the cost is low.
本发明公开了一种有倒插桩桥墩的水中隧道及其施工法,其特征是该水中隧道包括墩、管节和桩,墩包括桩接口;其主要施工步骤如下:1)完成墩、管节和桩的预制;2)完成桩的施工;3)将墩浮运下沉到位,并使桩倒插入桩接口内;4)在无水的桩接口内完成桩与墩的连接;5)将管节浮运至墩的上方,并下沉搁置在相邻的两墩上;6)先将正在安装的隧道管节的一端与已安装的相邻隧道管节的一端进行连接,再将正在安装的隧道管节与桥墩进行连接;7)重复上述步骤2)至6)的施工,直至完成全部施工。本发明的主要优势:在浅水可实现无围堰明挖施工,在深水可实现悬浮隧道的实施,且施工周期短、成本低。
