The invention discloses an underwater building with inverted piles and a construction method thereof, and is characterized in that an underwater prefabricated building comprises a structure and the piles which are positioned at the water bottom and are inversely inserted into the structure, the structure comprises a pile chamber, and the pile chamber comprises a pile connector positioned at the bottom; the construction method comprises the following main construction steps: 1) completing prefabrication of structures and piles; (2) pile construction is completed; (3) the structure is conveyed and sunk to a set position, and the top of the pile is inserted into the pile connector; the construction method has the main advantages that cofferdams are not needed during construction, the construction period is short, the construction method is environmentally friendly, and the construction method is convenient to operate in the water-free positive-pressure pile chamber.
本发明公开了一种有倒插桩的水下建筑物及其施工法,其特征是所述的位于水下的预制建筑物包括构筑物和位于水底倒插入构筑物内的桩,构筑物包括桩室,桩室包括位于底部的桩接口;其主要施工步骤如下:1)完成构筑物和桩的预制;2)完成桩的施工;3)将构筑物运送并下沉至设定的位置,使桩的顶部插入桩接口内;4)完成构筑物在水下的临时定位;5)在无水的桩室内,完成桩与构筑物的连接;6)进行后续作业,完成全部施工。本发明的主要优点是:施工无需围堰,施工周期短、环保,且在无水正压的桩室内作业方便。
