The invention relates to the technical field of building construction, and discloses a complex curtain wall construction method based on a three-dimensional laser scanner, which comprises the following steps: deviation inspection in the installation process: setting out by using design coordinates, scanning by using the three-dimensional laser scanner in the installation process of a keel frame, comparing the deviation condition with a design model, and determining the deviation of the keel frame; the magnitude and direction of the installation deviation are provided for a steel structure unit to guide the next installation; steel keel lofting: extracting coordinates of a center line of a keel frame in the design model, taking a positioning point at the top and a positioning point at the bottom, and performing lofting positioning by adopting a high-precision measurement robot; and building a keel frame three-dimensional model: carrying out three-dimensional entity modeling on the scanning data. According to the complex curtain wall construction method based on the three-dimensional laser scanner, accurate installation is achieved, the problem that lofting of a special-shaped curved glass curtain wall is difficult is solved, waste and construction period delay caused by size deviation are effectively reduced, material waste is reduced, and installation efficiency is improved.
