The cement and the industrial waste residues are adopted as main raw materials and are precisely proportioned with other additives, so that the prepared grouting material is good in quality stability, good in fluidity, small in slurry bleeding, not prone to segregation and layering, smooth in grouting, not prone to pipe blocking and not prone to corrosion of reinforcing steel bars, the hardened slurry is dense, pore channels are full, and the service life of the grouting material is prolonged. The bonding strength with prestressed steel bars is large, after solidification, the structural strength is high, cracks cannot be generated after a period of time, and the durability of constructional engineering, bridge engineering and the like is effectively improved.
