The invention relates to a magnesium aluminate spinel-based ceramic tile prime slurry and a preparation method thereof. The invention discloses ceramic tile prime slurry based on magnesium aluminate spinel. The tile prime slurry is prepared from tile prime powder, a suspending agent, a dispersing agent and tap water, the brick bottom slurry is prepared from the following raw material components in parts by weight: 10-20 parts of brick bottom powder, 0.3-0.8 part of a suspending agent, 0.1-0.3 part of a dispersing agent and 80-90 parts of tap water; the average particle size D50 of the brick bottom slurry is controlled to be 4-5 [mu] m, the slurry application amount of the brick bottom slurry is controlled to be 5-15 g/m < 2 >, the specific gravity is controlled to be 1.05-1.15, and the whiteness is controlled to be 60-70 degrees. The magnesium aluminate spinel ceramic tile prime slurry provided by the invention does not stick to a roller rod, does not drop powder, has strong hydration resistance, can effectively prevent the ceramic tile blanks from being stacked to leave marks, does not corrode the surfaces of the tile blanks, and is suitable for slurry distribution at the bottoms of different ceramic tile rotary bottoms.
本发明涉及基于镁铝尖晶石的陶瓷砖底浆及制备方法。基于镁铝尖晶石的陶瓷砖底浆,所述砖底浆由砖底粉、悬浮剂、分散剂、自来水制备而成;砖底浆按重量份由以下原料组份组成:砖底粉10~20份,悬浮剂0.3~0.8份,分散剂0.1~0.3份,自来水80~90份;砖底浆的平均粒径D50控制为4~5μm,砖底浆的施浆量控制为5~15g/m2,比重控制为1.05~1.15,白度控制为60~70°。本发明提供的镁铝尖晶石的陶瓷砖底浆不粘辊棒、不掉粉、抗水化能力强,能有效防止陶瓷砖坯叠放留印记,不会对砖坯表面产生腐蚀,适用于不同瓷砖转底底部的布浆。
