The invention discloses a digitized abandoned slag field construction method which comprises the following steps: S1, determining an abandoned slag area to be leveled, performing aerial photogrammetry through an unmanned aerial vehicle to obtain an area image, performing image analysis on the area image to obtain direction distribution data, and generating a primary leveling route of an unmanned bulldozer according to the direction distribution data; s2, the unmanned bulldozer is controlled to conduct leveling work along the one-time leveling route, and meanwhile a detection device installed on the unmanned bulldozer detects the route subjected to one-time leveling to obtain one-time leveling data and a one-time leveling image; and according to the primary leveling data and the primary leveling image, planning and generating a secondary leveling route and a scraper knife height adjusting curve.
