Gypsum-based mine filling material as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention provides a gypsum-based mine filling material as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The gypsum-based mine filling material mainly comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 60-80 parts of desulfurized building gypsum, 5-15 parts of cement, 10-20 parts of coal gangue, 0-10 parts of fly ash and 0-5 parts of gasified slag. The invention also provides a preparation method of the gypsum-based mine filling material. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing the desulfurized building gypsum, the cement, the coal gangue, the retarder, the optional fly ash and the optional gasified slag to obtain a solid master batch; and mixing the solid master batch with water according to a solid-to-liquid ratio of the solid master batch to the water of 0.20-0.24, and uniformly stirring to obtain the gypsum-based mine filling material. The gypsum-based mine filling material provided by the invention is short in setting time, high in early mechanical strength, high in later compressive strength and low in cost.
本发明提供了一种石膏基矿井充填材料及其制备方法和应用,石膏基矿井充填材料主要包含如下重量份的原料:脱硫建筑石膏60~80重量份,水泥5~15重量份,煤矸石10~20重量份,粉煤灰0~10重量份,气化渣0~5重量份。本发明还提供了石膏基矿井充填材料的制备方法,包括:将脱硫建筑石膏、水泥、煤矸石、缓凝剂、任选的粉煤灰和任选的气化渣混合得到固体母料;将固体母料与水混合,固体母料与水的固液比为0.20~0.24,搅拌均匀制得石膏基矿井充填材料。本发明提供的石膏基矿井充填材料凝结时间短,早期力学强度高,后期抗压强度高,成本低。
