The invention belongs to the technical field of cement production devices, and particularly relates to a decomposing furnace which comprises a furnace body, an air pipe, a coal supply connecting pipe, a material supply connecting pipe and a rotary kiln connecting pipe, the air pipe, the coal supply connecting pipe, the material supply connecting pipe and the rotary kiln connecting pipe are connected to the furnace body, and the coal supply connecting pipe, the material supply connecting pipe and the rotary kiln connecting pipe are the same in structure; the coal supply connecting pipe comprises a first connecting pipe body, a second connecting pipe body and a third connecting pipe body which are connected to the furnace body, and the ends, close to each other, of the first connecting pipe body and the second connecting pipe body are obliquely arranged. A conical notch with the same structure as the third connecting pipe is formed between the first connecting pipe and the second connecting pipe; the coal supply connecting pipe further comprises a first locking mechanism and a second locking mechanism, wherein the first locking mechanism is used for connecting and locking the third connecting pipe and the first connecting pipe, and the second locking mechanism is used for connecting and locking the third connecting pipe and the second connecting pipe. The method is used for reducing the precision requirement for the reserved size of the pipeline.
