The invention discloses a preparation method of small-particle-size silicon nitride powder and silicon nitride powder.The method comprises the following steps that silicon powder and additives are mixed, the additives comprise a carbon source and a silicon source, heating is conducted in the nitrogen atmosphere, the silicon powder reacts with nitrogen to generate silicon nitride, the silicon source, the carbon source and the nitrogen react to generate silicon nitride, carbon monoxide and/or carbon dioxide, and then the silicon nitride, the carbon monoxide and/or the carbon dioxide are mixed; the silicon nitride powder is obtained. According to the preparation method of the small-particle-size silicon nitride powder and the silicon nitride powder, in the high-temperature nitridation reaction process, a silicon source and a carbon source are subjected to an endothermic reduction reaction, the exothermic reaction of silicon powder and nitrogen can be neutralized, the reaction heat is balanced, and the local overheating phenomenon can be avoided. The preparation method disclosed by the invention is simple and low in cost, conforms to a green production concept, and provides a new direction for a preparation process for industrial large-scale production of the silicon nitride powder.
本发明公开了一种小粒径氮化硅粉体的制备方法及氮化硅粉体,该方法包括以下步骤:将硅粉、添加剂混合,其中,添加剂包括:碳源、硅源,在氮气气氛下加热,硅粉与氮气反应生成氮化硅,硅源、碳源、氮气反应生成氮化硅、一氧化碳和/或二氧化碳,得到氮化硅粉体。本发明公开了一种小粒径氮化硅粉体的制备方法及氮化硅粉体,在高温氮化反应过程中,硅源、碳源发生吸热的还原反应,可以中和硅粉与氮气的放热反应,起到平衡反应热,能避免局部过热现象的发生。本发明制备方法简易、低成本,符合绿色生产理念,对工业化规模生产氮化硅粉体的制备工艺提供新方向。
