The upper and lower double-layer formworks are laid, it is guaranteed that the large-angle inverted-cone-shaped funnel top plate is integrally closed, the pouring hole is reserved, it is guaranteed that concrete does not excessively flow downwards in the pouring process, and therefore the concrete pouring appearance quality is improved, the later-period repairing cost is avoided, and the engineering economic benefits are improved.
