The invention provides a rock plate capable of emitting far infrared rays and inducing negative oxygen ions and a preparation method thereof. The rock plate is prepared from the following components: potassium-sodium feldspar, magnetite, kaolin, cordierite, diatomite, nano yttrium oxide, lanthanum oxide, modified graphene oxide and modified activated carbon powder. By adding nano yttrium oxide and modified graphene oxide, the overall far infrared emissivity of the rock plate can be improved, by adding modified activated carbon powder, the dispersing performance and the fusion capacity at high temperature of all the components can be remarkably improved, and the rock plate is high in mechanical strength, small in bed resistance, good in chemical stability, easy to regenerate and durable. According to the present invention, the calcium carbonate is added into the rock plate as the component, such that the mechanical strength can be improved to a certain extent, the bending strength and the toughness of the rock plate can be significantly improved, and the calcium carbonate is rich in hydroxyapatite crystals, such that the dispersion of each component can be easily achieved, the emission rate of far infrared rays can be improved, the dipole moment of the powder can be improved, and the dipole moment in the powder can be strongly changed so as to achieve the good mechanical strength; and during downward transition, energy is released.
