The invention provides a heat preservation and bearing integrated hard felt and a preparation method and application thereof.The preparation method comprises the steps that the surface of one side of a composite hard felt is soaked in resin, then the surface of the side where the resin is soaked is subjected to curing treatment and carbonization treatment, the steps of resin soaking, curing treatment and carbonization treatment are repeated, and the soaked composite hard felt is obtained; and then carrying out graphitization treatment on the obtained impregnated composite hard felt to obtain the heat preservation and bearing integrated hard felt. The preparation method is easy to operate, the composite hard felt serves as a base material, cost is low, a high-cost carbon fiber prefabricated body is avoided, and meanwhile the prepared heat preservation and bearing integrated hard felt has excellent heat preservation performance and corrosion resistance, can replace a traditional carbon-carbon heat preservation cylinder and heat preservation layer composite structure and is more convenient to install during use.
本发明提供一种保温承载一体化硬毡及其制备方法和应用,所述制备方法首先将复合硬毡的一侧表面浸渍在树脂中,再对浸渍树脂的一侧表面进行固化处理和碳化处理,重复上述浸渍树脂、固化处理和碳化处理的步骤,得到浸渍复合硬毡;然后对得到的浸渍复合硬毡进行石墨化处理,即可得到所述保温承载一体化硬毡;所述制备方法操作简单且以复合硬毡作为基材,成本较低,避免了使用高成本的碳纤维预制体,同时制备得到的保温承载一体化硬毡兼具优异的保温性和耐腐蚀性,能够替代传统的碳碳保温筒和保温层的复合结构,使用时更加便于安装。
