The invention discloses an ultra-deep intensive assembly type vertical shaft regulation and storage pond which comprises a pond body, and the pond body sequentially comprises a ground opening structure, an underground interlayer and a water storage layer from top to bottom. The ground mouth structure comprises a personnel access and a ventilation opening; the underground interlayer comprises an equipment room and a water inlet energy dissipation room which are mutually independent; the equipment room comprises a power transformation and distribution room and a control room and a deodorization equipment room; the water inlet energy dissipation room comprises a water inlet runner; one end of the water inlet runner is connected with an external water inlet pipeline, and the other end of the water inlet runner is connected with a water inlet energy dissipation facility arranged on the water storage layer; the water inlet energy dissipation facility is a spiral-flow type energy dissipation vertical pipe or a spiral flow channel; a water inlet grating is arranged at the connection position of the water inlet flow channel and the water inlet pipeline and is positioned inside or outside the tank body; and an emptying pump set, an emptying pipeline and a hydraulic flushing device are arranged at the bottom of the water storage layer. According to the invention, favorable conditions are created for application of the storage pond to various fragmented urban spaces, land is saved, the storage pond is more environment-friendly, and the construction is more efficient.
