The invention discloses an anti-corrosion treatment method for a stiff composite pile, and relates to the field of anti-corrosion of composite piles. Comprising the following steps that a steel mold system is designed and comprises an upper half mold, a lower half mold and an edge clamping structure; the formed composite pile comprises a reinforcement cage and a pile head disc. A reinforcement cage is placed in the lower half mold, pile head discs are connected to the two ends of the reinforcement cage, and the ends of the reinforcement cage penetrate through the pile head discs and are provided with fixing pieces for fixing; anti-corrosion coatings are sprayed on the inner walls of the upper half mold and the lower half mold, and mold closing is conducted through edge clamping structures after inspection and acceptance; spherical hoop pieces are installed in center holes of the pile head discs on the two sides of the formed composite pile, and a pipe pile body is formed through pouring. The formed composite pile with the steel mold is transported to a steam curing chamber for curing; detecting the strength of the formed composite pile when the maintenance age is reached, removing the mold after the composite pile is qualified, and transporting to a site for later use. The invention aims to solve the problems of the traditional pipe pile, and the anti-corrosion requirement during pouring is expected to be realized.
本发明公开了一种劲性复合桩防腐处理方法,涉及复合桩防腐领域。包括以下步骤:设计钢模系统,包括上半模具、下半模具和卡边结构;成型复合桩包括钢筋笼和桩头圆盘;将钢筋笼放置在下半模具内,钢筋笼两端均连接有桩头圆盘,钢筋笼端部穿过桩头圆盘并安装有固定件进行固定;在上半模具、下半模具的内壁喷涂防腐涂层,检查验收后,通过卡边结构合模;成型复合桩的两侧的桩头圆盘的中心孔安装有球体型套箍件,浇筑形成管桩桩身;将带钢模的成型复合桩运输至蒸汽养护室养护;达到养护龄期,检测成型复合桩强度,合格后拆模,运至现场备用。本发明的目的就是针对传统管桩存在的上述问题,期望实现浇筑时实现防腐蚀要求。
