Graphene modified resistance-reducing material and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the field of resistance reducing materials, in particular to a graphene modified resistance reducing material and a preparation method thereof.The graphene modified resistance reducing material is prepared from, by weight, 20-50 parts of graphene, 10-20 parts of conductive particles, 20-35 parts of sodium bentonite, 10-50 parts of a surfactant, 1-10 parts of a dispersing agent, 1-10 parts of conductive fibers, 20-60 parts of a wetting agent, 1-5 parts of sodium molybdate and 20-80 parts of cement. Graphene is uniformly added into a resistance reducing material, cement is generally added into a physical resistance reducing material to serve as a filler, and graphene has a template effect on formation of a cement hydration crystal product, so that the cement hydration product can be promoted to form regular nanoscale microcrystals; therefore, the comprehensive properties such as strength, toughness, conductivity and corrosion resistance of a cement matrix are remarkably improved; and meanwhile, the conductive particles and the conductive fibers can provide conductivity, so that the use effect is enhanced.
本发明涉及降阻材料领域,具体涉及一种石墨烯改性降阻材料及其制备方法,采用以下重量份的组成配比制成:石墨烯20‑50份、导电颗粒10‑20份、钠基膨润土20‑35份、表面活性剂10‑50份、分散剂1‑10份、导电纤维1‑10份、润湿剂20‑60份、钼酸钠1‑5份、水泥20‑80份,将石墨烯均匀地添加到降阻材料中,物理型降阻材料一般会添加水泥作为填充物,而石墨烯对水泥水化晶体产物的形成具有模板效应,能促进水泥水化产物形成规整的纳米级微晶体,从而显著增加水泥基体强度、韧性、导电性、耐腐蚀性等综合性能;同时导电颗粒和导电纤维可提供导电性的能力,强化使用效果。
