Nano-coated modified silicon graphene material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a nano-coated modified silicon graphene material and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of new materials. The preparation method comprises the following steps: heating the glass fiber, the silica powder, the allyl isocyanate, the absolute ethyl alcohol and the coupling agent; adding 1-tricyclic [3.3. 1.1 (3.7)] decanol and graphite polystyrene particles, and heating; finally, adding tert-butyl N-allyl carbamate and a defoaming agent, and carrying out thermal reaction and ultrasonic treatment to prepare a silicon graphene material; the preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing a nano-scale inorganic flame retardant, azodicarbonamide and hexadecylamine, homogenizing, and reacting in a nitrogen atmosphere to obtain a flame-retardant composite nanomaterial; the preparation method comprises the following steps: adding fly ash into a polyether derivative, then adding a silicon graphene material, centrifuging to collect a precipitate, and then adding a flame-retardant composite nano material, thereby obtaining the flame-retardant composite nano material. Various physical properties of the silicon graphene material can be remarkably improved, including improvement of compressive strength and tensile strength, reduction of thermal conductivity and improvement of combustion performance, so as to adapt to harsh application requirements of building materials.
本发明公开了一种纳米包裹改性硅墨烯材料及制备方法,属于新材料技术领域。制备如下:将玻璃纤维、硅微粉、异氰酸烯丙酯、无水乙醇及偶联剂,加热;加入1‑三环[3.3.1.1(3.7)]癸醇与石墨聚苯乙烯颗粒,加热;最后,加入N‑烯丙基氨基甲酸叔丁酯与消泡剂,热反应与超声,制得硅墨烯材料;纳米级无机阻燃剂、偶氮二甲酰胺及十六烷基胺并混合,均质处理后氮气氛围下反应,得到阻燃复合纳米材料;向聚醚衍生物中添加粉煤灰,然后加入硅墨烯材料,离心以集沉淀物,接着,加入阻燃复合纳米材料,即得。能够显著改善硅墨烯材料的多项物理性能,包括提高抗压强度和抗拉强度、降低热导性以及提升燃烧性能,以适应严苛的建筑材料应用需求。
