The bottom of the steel pipe pile is reinforced by the concrete covering layer under the condition of no covering layer, a first inclined supporting rod and a second inclined supporting rod are evenly fixed to one side of the steel frame at intervals, the first inclined supporting rod and the second inclined supporting rod are located at the downstream position of a river, and the inclination angles of the first inclined supporting rod and the second inclined supporting rod are different.
