The invention relates to a dismantling method for a cross-core rod of a bridge cover beam. Compared with a traditional method that a crane is adopted for dragging for dismantling, the method adopts the chain block and the crane for cooperative operation, more labor is saved, convenience is achieved, and concrete around the reserved hole of the pier column cannot be damaged; (2) compared with a binding type steel bar fixing method adopted in a traditional dismantling method, a hoisting hole is formed in one end of the cross-core bar, and it is guaranteed that the steel bar cannot fall off in the hoisting and lowering process while the stress of the steel bar is not affected; (3) the crane hook is lifted to the end part of the crane arm, so that the crane hook can be prevented from swinging in the process of dragging the hand-pulled chain by an operator, and meanwhile, the steel bar is ensured to be dragged along a straight line; and (4) an operator can operate at the top of the bent cap and does not need to sit on a hanging basket to carry out high-altitude operation, so that the safety is higher.
本发明涉及一种桥梁盖梁穿心棒拆除方法。1)相对传统的采用吊车拖拽进行拆除的方法,本方法采用手拉葫芦和吊车进行配合作业,更加省力方便,不会对墩柱预留孔洞周边的混凝土造成损坏;2)相较传统拆除方法中采用的绑扎式固定钢棒法,本发明在穿心棒一端设置吊装孔,在不影响钢棒的受力的同时,保证钢棒在吊装下放的过程中不会脱落;3)本发明中吊车钩升到吊车臂端部,可以避免作业人员在拽动手拉链条过程中吊车吊钩发生摆动,同时保证钢棒沿直线拖动;4)本发明中作业人员可在盖梁顶部进行操作,不用乘坐吊篮进行高空作业,安全性更高。
