The invention discloses a porous high-entropy boride ceramic material as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method of the porous high-entropy boride ceramic material comprises the following steps: 1) preparing metal oxide powder and boron powder into mixed powder; 2) pressing the mixed powder into a green body, carrying out boron thermal reduction reaction, taking out the obtained clinker, grinding and sieving to obtain clinker powder containing a plurality of boride solid solutions; and 3) pressing the clinker powder into a clinker blank, and sintering in an electric field to obtain the porous high-entropy boride ceramic material. The porous high-entropy boride ceramic material has the advantages of large component space, high compression strength, low thermal conductivity and the like, and the preparation method has the advantages of simplicity in operation, extremely short reaction time, low equipment requirement, simple process flow, low synthesis cost and the like, and is suitable for large-scale industrial production.
本发明公开了一种多孔高熵硼化物陶瓷材料及其制备方法和应用。本发明的多孔高熵硼化物陶瓷材料的制备方法包括以下步骤:1)将金属氧化物粉体和硼粉制成混合粉体;2)将混合粉体压制成生坯后进行硼热还原反应,再将得到的熟料取出进行研磨和过筛,得到含多种硼化物固溶体的熟料粉体;3)将熟料粉体压制成熟料坯体后进行电场烧结,即得多孔高熵硼化物陶瓷材料。本发明的多孔高熵硼化物陶瓷材料具有组分空间大、压缩强度高、热导率低等优点,且其制备方法具有操作简单、反应时间极短、设备要求低、工艺流程简单、合成成本低等优点,适合进行大规模工业生产。
