A preparation process of a straw geopolymer wall material is characterized in that straw aggregate is used as a carrier of a geopolymer excitant to form straw aggregate blocks containing the excitant, and the straw aggregate blocks comprise straw particle aggregate, sodium hydroxide and sodium silicate excitant, sand and water; the method comprises the following steps: adding straw aggregate blocks by adopting a forced stirrer, adding 1/2 of water after adding the straw aggregate blocks, stirring to completely disperse straw particles and exciting agent particles in the straw aggregate blocks, adding fly ash and medium sand, adding the remaining 1/2 of water, stirring, and fully mixing the straw particles, a precursor, an exciting agent and water to form geopolymer slurry for later use.
一种秸秆地聚物墙体材料的制备工艺，利用秸秆集料作为地质聚合物激发剂的载体，形成包含激发剂的秸秆集料块，秸秆集料块组成材料包括秸秆颗粒集料，氢氧化钠及硅酸钠激发剂，砂，水；采用强制式搅拌机，先加入秸秆集料块，加入秸秆集料块后，同时加入1/2的水搅拌，使秸秆集料块中秸秆颗粒与激发剂颗粒完全散开，投入粉煤灰，中砂，加入剩下1/2的水搅拌，秸秆颗粒，前驱体，激发剂与水充分混合，形成地质聚合物浆体备用。
