The invention discloses a ceramic abrasive with an iridium-plated surface and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of abrasives. When the surface iridium-plated ceramic abrasive material is prepared, pseudo-boehmite is used as a raw material, superfine alpha aluminum oxide is used as a crystal body, lanthanum oxide, ammonium hexafluoroaluminate and titanium dioxide are mixed to serve as an additive, and the ceramic abrasive material is prepared through calcination; depositing chromium on the surface of the ceramic abrasive in vacuum; and performing molten salt electroplating on iridium. The ceramic abrasive material with the iridium-plated surface prepared by the method has relatively high compressive strength.
本发明公开了一种表面镀铱陶瓷磨料及其制备方法，涉及磨料技术领域。本发明在制备表面镀铱陶瓷磨料时，先将拟薄水铝石为原料，超细ɑ氧化铝为晶体体，氧化镧、六氟铝酸铵、二氧化钛混合作为添加剂，煅烧制得陶瓷磨料；在陶瓷磨料表面真空沉积铬；再熔盐电镀铱。本发明制备的表面镀铱陶瓷磨料具有较高的抗压强度。
