The invention provides a bone density type micropore sealing cement stable building slag material as well as a preparation method and application thereof, and the material comprises the following components in parts by mass: 84-88 parts of construction waste recycled aggregate, 2-5 parts of cement, 2-4 parts of a water-soluble silane coupling agent and 9-12 parts of water, wherein the construction waste recycled aggregate comprises brick-concrete type construction waste or cement concrete type construction waste. The preparation method comprises the following steps: immersing the construction waste recycled aggregate into a silane coupling agent solution, fully infiltrating, adding the cement into the construction waste recycled aggregate, uniformly mixing, and compacting to obtain the bone density type micropore sealing cement stable building slag material. Compared with the prior art of the same kind, the prepared aggregate is higher in performance, better in material gradation, higher in material strength and capable of better meeting the service requirements of base materials such as airfield pavements and the like, the types, with poor properties, in the construction waste are utilized in the material preparation process, and the aggregate is environmentally friendly and considerable in social and economic benefits.
本发明提供一种骨密型微孔隙封闭水泥稳定建渣材料及其制备方法与应用,该材料包括如下质量份的组分:建筑垃圾再生集料84~88份、水泥2~5份、水溶性硅烷偶联剂2~4份以及水9~12份,其中建筑垃圾再生集料包含砖混类建筑垃圾、或水泥混凝土类建筑垃圾。制备时,先将建筑垃圾再生集料浸入硅烷偶联剂溶液,经过充分浸润后,再将水泥加入建筑垃圾再生集料中,混合均匀后压实,即得到该骨密型微孔隙封闭水泥稳定建渣材料。与现有同类技术相比,本发明制备得到的粒料性能更强、材料级配更优、材料强度更高,能够更好地满足机场道面等基层材料的服役要求,并且材料制备中利用了建筑垃圾中性质较差的种类,绿色环保,社会经济效益可观。
