The invention provides steel column adjusting and mounting equipment and a construction method thereof.The equipment comprises a floor slab, an embedded connector which is embedded in the floor slab and used for providing a mounting and fixing foundation, and a plurality of high-strength bolts which are arranged on the embedded connector in an array mode from bottom to top and used for being connected with external objects; the rotary three-dimensional frame is arranged on the floor slab, located on the periphery of the embedded connector and used for forming an assembling and adjusting framework, the four sets of supporting parts are installed on the rotary three-dimensional frame at the interval of 90 degrees and used for supporting and fixing, and the adjusting parts are arranged on the four sets of supporting parts and the rotary three-dimensional frame correspondingly and used for jacking and position adjusting. The mode of integrally and synchronously lifting the steel column is adopted, the situation that the steel column is prone to being damaged due to single-point and single-side stress of the steel column in the mode of using a crowbar and the like is effectively avoided, meanwhile, multi-direction position adjustment can be conducted on the steel column without mutual influence, the installation precision is guaranteed, time and labor are saved, meanwhile, hoisting of the steel column does not need to be controlled manually, and the work efficiency is improved.
