The invention discloses a mud flow vacuum preloading micro test system and method. The system comprises a vacuum preloading consolidation system and a data monitoring system, the vacuum preloading consolidation system comprises a transparent model cylinder, a perforated plate is arranged in the model cylinder, and an inner cavity of the model cylinder is divided into a slurry cavity located on the upper portion and a vacuum chamber located on the lower portion by the perforated plate; a vacuum pipeline hole is formed in the lower end of the vacuum chamber and is in a funnel opening shape. The vacuum pipeline hole is connected with a vacuum suction device through a first hard rubber pipe, and the vacuum suction device transmits vacuum pressure for suction from bottom to top; and the data monitoring system comprises a precise digital display electronic vacuum pressure gauge for measuring the vacuum degree in the gas-water separation bottle and the model cylinder device, and a high-precision electronic scale for measuring the drainage quality. According to the invention, the pressure change rule of the vacuum preloading soil body is verified and researched when the product of the vacuum pressure and the gas volume in the device is not changed.
