The device comprises vertical templates, and each group of vertical templates comprises an outer side frame and an inner side positioning plate; a pull rod; a large gasket nut; the vertical templates are arranged in pairs, and the inner side positioning plates are oppositely arranged in parallel; a plurality of positioning connecting grooves are formed in the outer side frame from top to bottom, the two ends of a pull rod penetrate through the positioning connecting grooves of the outer side frame in the corresponding positions and then protrude outwards, the corresponding protruding ends of the pull rod are sleeved with the large gasket nuts in a threaded mode respectively, and the gasket end faces of the large gasket nuts are attached to the outer surface of the outer side frame in a pressed mode.
