According to the core tube structure construction method, high-altitude splicing of the first conversion truss is avoided through the jig frame, the splicing difficulty of the first conversion truss is reduced, and the construction risk is reduced; the first transfer truss is lifted to a preset position through the hydraulic lifting device, so that the requirement on hoisting equipment is greatly reduced, and the risk of high-altitude hoisting is reduced; and the working face of the steel structure is divided, so that synchronous cross operation of a plurality of working faces can be realized, and the construction efficiency is effectively improved.
