The invention discloses a construction method of a core tube and the core tube. The core tube comprises a wall and floors positioned at the two sides of the wall. The construction method comprises the following specific process: a connecting piece is manufactured; a wall molding template is laid; after the connecting piece is embedded in the wall through the wall molding template, concrete is cast; after the wall is molded, one end of the connecting piece is embedded in the wall, and the other end of the connecting piece is positioned on the outer wall of the wall; the wall molding template is unloaded; a floor upper reinforcement and a floor lower reinforcement of the floor are respectively welded with one end of the connecting piece on the outer wall of the wall; branch reinforcements are respectively laid on the floor upper reinforcement and the floor lower reinforcement to lay the floor molding template; then, the concrete is laid on the floor molding template and the reinforcements; and after the machining of the floor is finished, the floor molding template is unloaded. When the strength of the core tube is guaranteed, both time and labor are saved, the construction time is saved, the production efficiency is improved, and no noise and dust pollution is generated.
