Prestressed duct grouting material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a prestressed duct grouting material and a preparation method thereof. The prestressed duct grouting material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 600-650 parts of cement, 250-350 parts of stone powder, 60-80 parts of modified red mud, 2-5 parts of a starch-based water reducing agent, 1.5-4 parts of an early strength agent, 1-3 parts of a waterproof agent and 0.2-0.5 part of a plastic expanding agent. The self-developed starch-based water reducing agent is adopted, the problem that a polycarboxylic acid high-performance water reducing agent is sensitive in mixing amount and prone to bleeding is solved, meanwhile, the thickening effect is achieved, the viscosity of the grouting material is moderately increased, the working state is improved, the prepared prestressed duct grouting material has the high fluidity, and the grouting material can be recycled. Meanwhile, the phenomenon of layering, segregation and bleeding or laitance of the slurry can be prevented, the contradiction problem between the flow speed and the workability is effectively solved, and the purposes of improving the workability, the mechanical property and the durability are achieved.
本发明公开了一种预应力孔道压浆料及其制备方法,包括以下重量份的组分:水泥600‑650份、石粉250‑350、改性赤泥60‑80份、淀粉基减水剂2‑5份、早强剂1.5‑4份、防水剂1‑3份、塑性膨胀剂0.2‑0.5份。本发明采用自研的淀粉基减水剂,解决聚羧酸高性能减水剂掺量敏感易泌浆的问题,同时具有增稠的效果,适度增加压浆料的粘稠度,提升工作状态,本发明制备的预应力孔道压浆料,具备较快的流动度,同时能防止浆体分层离析泌水或是出现浮浆的现象,有效解决了流速与工作性的矛盾问题,达到了提高工作性、力学性和耐久性的目的。
