According to the surface trimming device, discharging is conducted on the side, back to the feeding device, of the wiping and scraping device through the feeding device, so that materials can be directly placed on the trimmed surface, the wiping and scraping position of the wiping and scraping device is adjusted through sliding of the wiping and scraping device and the sliding base, and furthermore, when the surface is trimmed, only the sliding base needs to be moved, the wiping and scraping device moves along with the movable base; according to the surface finishing device, frequent manual material taking is not needed, and the whole surface finishing process is convenient.
