The invention discloses a construction method for staggering a concrete structure and a steel structure of a building, which comprises the following steps of: (1) excavating and pouring a foundation, (2) erecting a second layer of scaffold after pouring and maintaining a first layer of external concrete structure column beam, and (3) repeating the step (2) to continue the construction of the external concrete structure of a subsequent to-be-constructed layer. After the pouring and maintenance of the last layer of external concrete structure are completed, roof structure construction is conducted; according to the construction method, construction of an internal steel structure is synchronously carried out in the maintenance process after pouring of each layer of column beam of an external concrete structure; the problems that when an existing double-layer structure building is constructed through an existing construction method, the efficiency is low, the construction difficulty is large, and the construction cost is high are solved.
本发明公开了建筑砼结构与钢结构交错的施工工法,(1)基础开挖和浇筑,(2)第一层外部砼结构柱梁浇筑养护完成后搭设第二层脚手架,(3)重复步骤(2)继续进行后续待施工层的外部砼结构施工,待最后一层的外部砼结构浇筑养护完成后进行屋面结构施工;本发明在外部砼结构各层柱梁浇筑后的养护过程中同步进行内部钢结构的施工;解决现有双层结构建筑用现有施工方法进行施工时存在效率低、施工难度大以及施工成本高的问题。
