The invention relates to a method for connecting Al2O3 ceramic and a foamed aluminum sandwich plate. The method comprises the following steps that AgCuInTi foil-shaped brazing filler metal is placed on a foamed aluminum sandwich plate, then Al2O3 ceramic covers the AgCuInTi foil-shaped brazing filler metal, and then aluminum foil is folded to wrap the foamed aluminum sandwich plate and the Al2O3 ceramic; and then putting the product into a tubular furnace at the temperature of 680-710 DEG C in an argon atmosphere, preserving heat for 10-20 minutes, and then cooling to room temperature at the speed of 5-15 DEG C/min, thereby completing the connection of the Al2O3 ceramic and the foamed aluminum sandwich plate. The method is low in equipment requirement and low in cost; and compared with a ceramic metallization process, the ceramic metallization process is simpler and more convenient.
本发明为一种Al2O3陶瓷与泡沫铝三明治板材的连接方法。该方法包括以下步骤:将AgCuInTi箔状钎料放置在泡沫铝三明治板材上面,再用Al2O3陶瓷覆盖在AgCuInTi箔状钎料上方,然后铝箔折叠包覆住泡沫铝三明治板材和Al2O3陶瓷;然后放入680~710℃、氩气氛围下的管式炉,保温10‑20min,然后以5~15℃/min速率降温,冷却到室温,即完成Al2O3陶瓷与泡沫铝三明治板材的连接。本发明对设备要求不高,成本较低;并且相比于对陶瓷进行金属化的工艺更加简单、方便。
