The invention provides a non-uniform foundation derrick foundation structure design method which comprises the following steps: determining engineering geological conditions according to geotechnical engineering exploration, and identifying the thickness of a rock-soil layer and the bearing capacity of a foundation; the foundation structure types of the cast-in-place piles and the raft are determined, the vertical bearing capacity of a single pile is calculated, and the replacement rate and the pile number are determined; calculating the length of a cast-in-place pile according to the thickness and burial depth of the non-uniform stratum and designing pile arrangement; carrying out settlement checking calculation on a composite foundation formed by the cast-in-place pile and the surrounding rock-soil layer; determining a hole forming mode and a pile forming mode of the cast-in-place pile according to rock and soil conditions; manufacturing and installing a cast-in-place pile reinforcement cage, pouring concrete and waiting for setting, arranging a reinforced concrete bearing platform at the top of the cast-in-place pile, and integrally serving as a drilling derrick foundation.
