The invention discloses an intelligent vertical shaft sinking derrick foundation and a stress state monitoring method. According to the device, second force measuring elements are embedded in the center and the periphery of the bottom of a concrete foundation; the stress monitoring mechanism is mounted in the center of the top of the concrete foundation; the top plate, the surrounding plate and the bottom plate are spliced to form a force measuring cavity, and a first force measuring element, a normal force measuring piece and a temperature compensation block are installed in the force measuring cavity. A flexible sealing strip is arranged between the top plate and the surrounding plate; the wireless measurement module is pre-buried in the inner side face of the concrete foundation. The method comprises the following steps: constructing four intelligent vertical shaft sinking derrick foundations, namely intelligent vertical shaft sinking derrick foundations A, B, C and D, at a design position; a vertical shaft sinking derrick is installed, and a vertical shaft sinking derrick corner post is connected with the foundation through a bolt; during shaft sinking construction, the foundation stress of the vertical shaft sinking derrick is monitored, and the working state of the vertical shaft sinking derrick is evaluated in combination with specific construction equipment arrangement.
