The invention relates to a metro new and old station bottom plate joint treatment method which comprises the following steps: chiseling off an underground diaphragm wall at the joint of a new station and an old station from top to bottom until the height difference between the chiseled-off surface of the underground diaphragm wall and the lower side surface of a bottom plate of the old station is 25-35cm; a plate structure reinforcing steel bar frame and a beam structure reinforcing steel bar frame are correspondingly arranged on the new station side and the upper side of the underground diaphragm wall, and the plate structure reinforcing steel bar frame and the beam structure reinforcing steel bar frame are connected with anchoring reinforcing steel bars in the old station bottom plate; concrete is poured on the beam structure steel bar frame and the plate structure steel bar frame, the transition beam and the new station bottom plate are correspondingly formed, the transition beam is in a T shape with the upper half portion wider than the lower half portion, and the two sides of the upper half portion of the transition beam are correspondingly pressed on the old station bottom plate and the new station bottom plate. The method has the advantages of simple process, convenience in implementation, safety and reliability.
