According to the device disclosed by the invention, the pressing rod is matched with the second annular groove and the first annular groove, so that circumferential inward compaction and downward compaction of water-swelling glue are respectively realized; therefore, on the premise that a constructor does not enter the well pipe, the water swelling glue on the lower portion of the well pipe can be conveniently compacted on the galvanized steel pipe.
