The invention relates to a box girder water storage maintenance water recycling system and method, and the method comprises a maintenance water storage mechanism (1) which provides circulating maintenance water for a box girder; the first maintenance water circulation mechanism (2) is partially and detachably connected with the maintenance water storage mechanism (1) and is used for applying maintenance water to the beam surface of the box beam and the inner bottom surface of the box chamber of the box beam for maintenance, and after maintenance is completed, the maintenance water flows back to the maintenance water storage mechanism (1); and the second curing water circulation mechanism (3) is communicated with the curing water storage mechanism (1) through a pipeline and is used for applying curing water to the inner side wall, the outer side wall and the beam bottom of the box chamber of the box beam for curing, and after curing is completed, the curing water flows back to the curing water storage mechanism. According to the method, the quality problem caused by insufficient bridge maintenance can be effectively solved, and the construction effects of saving water and reducing efficiency are achieved through cyclic utilization of the maintenance water, so that the construction quality cost and the resource input cost of water resource waste are reduced, and the purpose of green construction is finally achieved.
