The invention relates to a quick positioning and hoisting method for a prefabricated box girder adjacent to double-crane hoisting of a high-speed rail, which comprises the following steps: respectively arranging traction equipment at four corners of the prefabricated box girder, respectively connecting each traction equipment with the corresponding corner position of the prefabricated box girder, respectively arranging hoisting equipment at two sides of the prefabricated box girder, and connecting the hoisting equipment with the prefabricated box girder, the traction equipment and the hoisting equipment can control the position state of the prefabricated box girder during hoisting; a limiting device is installed between every two adjacent support cushion stones, and the limiting devices are used for limiting the beam falling position of the prefabricated box beam; the prefabricated box girder is moved to the designed position through traction equipment and hoisting equipment, girder falling is conducted, and the prefabricated box girder falls onto the support padstone under the limiting effect of a limiting device; and the prefabricated box girder and the support padstone are temporarily fixed, and the traction equipment and the hoisting equipment are removed.
