The invention discloses a cement-based intelligent material and a preparation method thereof, and the cement-based intelligent material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 0.1-0.3 part of carbon nanotubes, 10-15 parts of styrene-acrylic emulsion, 80-120 parts of composite Portland cement, 30-35 parts of water and 0.1-0.2 part of a defoaming agent. According to the invention, a proper amount of styrene-acrylic emulsion is added while the carbon nanotubes are added into the cement material, so that not only can the dispersion condition and hydrophilicity of the nanoparticles be improved, but also the nanoparticles can be combined to form a more uniformly distributed honeycomb network structure which penetrates through and is bridged between cement plates, and the performance of the cement-based material is improved. Besides, the formed polymer film is coated on the surface of the carbon nano tube and is combined with a cement material, so that the influence of the change of the conductivity on the corrosion of the steel bar can be effectively reduced under the condition that the mechanical characteristics of the nano particles are not damaged.
本发明公开了一种水泥基智能材料及其制备方法,所述水泥基智能材料以质量份数计,原料包括0.1~0.3份碳纳米管、10~15份苯丙乳液、80~120份复合硅酸盐水泥、30~35份水和0.1~0.2份消泡剂。本发明在水泥材料中添加碳纳米管的同时添加适量苯丙乳液,不但能够改善纳米颗粒的分散情况和亲水性,还能与之结合形成较为均匀分布的蜂窝状网络结构,贯穿、桥接于水泥板块之间,并改善水泥基材料的性能。此外,形成的聚合物膜包覆于碳纳米管表面与水泥材料结合,可有效实现在不破坏纳米颗粒力学特征的情况下,降低其导电性能变化对钢筋锈蚀产生的影响。
