The invention relates to a rapid tool setting method and system for automatic grinding of a steel rail welding seam, and the method comprises the steps: before grinding, under the condition that a grinding wheel does not rotate, the grinding wheel is fed towards a steel rail, the position of a feeding motor of grinding equipment in the feeding process and the current data of the feeding motor in the feeding process are recorded in real time, and the current data of the feeding motor in the feeding process are calculated from the recorded data; finding out the position corresponding to the feed motor when the current of the feed motor exceeds a set threshold value, and determining a rough grinding reference by taking the position as a reference, namely, realizing rough tool setting of the grinding reference; in the grinding process, under the condition that a grinding wheel rotates, the position of rough tool setting serves as the starting point of accurate tool setting, the grinding wheel is fed towards the steel rail, the contact condition of the grinding wheel and the steel rail is judged by analyzing the current change of a grinding motor in real time, and accurate tool setting of the grinding reference is achieved. The automatic tool setting method based on rough tool setting and accurate tool setting is constructed, and the tool setting process depending on manpower can be converted into the automatic tool setting process.
本发明涉及一种用于钢轨焊缝自动打磨的快速对刀方法和系统,方法包括:在打磨前,在砂轮不旋转情况下,将砂轮朝钢轨进给,并实时记录进给过程中打磨设备的进给电机的位置、以及进给过程中进给电机的电流数据,从所记录的数据中,找出进给电机电流超出设定阈值时的进给电机所对应的位置,并以此位置为基准确定粗打磨基准,即实现打磨基准的粗对刀;在打磨过程中,在砂轮旋转情况下,以所述粗对刀的位置作为精确对刀的起点,将砂轮朝钢轨进给,并实时通过分析打磨电机的电流变化来判断砂轮与钢轨的接触情况,实现打磨基准的精确对刀。本发明构建了基于粗对刀和精确对刀的自动对刀方法,能够将依赖人工的对刀过程转换为自动对刀过程。
