The invention relates to the technical field of concrete admixtures, in particular to a hydroxyl-terminated polyether macromonomer, a preparation method of the hydroxyl-terminated polyether macromonomer, a low-temperature rapid dispersing type ether polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent and a preparation method of the low-temperature rapid dispersing type ether polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent. The ether polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent is formed by copolymerizing hydroxyl-terminated polyether macromonomer, acrylic acid and functional monomer C through copolymerization reaction. Compared with the prior art, the ether polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent prepared by adopting the specific hydroxyl-terminated polyether macromonomer has the advantages that the adsorption rate and the early-stage adsorption capacity of the ether polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent on the surface of cement particles are remarkably improved, the adsorption capacity of the water reducing agent in the later stage can be kept at a relatively high level, the cement paste dispersion time of cement using the water reducing agent is short, and the cement paste dispersion time is short. Under the condition that the same initial neat paste fluidity requirement is met, the required water reducing agent is less; the water reducer is high in dispersion speed at low temperature, good in dispersion performance and good in slump retaining performance.
本发明涉及混凝土外加剂技术领域,特别涉及一种羟基封端聚醚大单体及其制备方法、低温快速分散型醚类聚羧酸减水剂及其制备方法。该醚类聚羧酸减水剂由羟基封端聚醚大单体、丙烯酸与功能单体C经共聚反应共聚而成。本发明采用特定羟基封端聚醚大单体制得的醚类聚羧酸减水剂,其在水泥颗粒表面的吸附速率和早期吸附量得到显著提升,而且后期减水剂吸附量能保持在较高水平,使用该减水剂的水泥的净浆分散时间短,并且在达到相同初始净浆流动度要求下,需要的该减水剂少;该减水剂在低温下分散速度快,分散性能好,而且保坍性能良好。
