Single-cantilever construction combined bridge and construction method
The construction method comprises the steps that firstly, tunnel construction is conducted on the two sides of a V-shaped valley respectively, then a bottom plate of a tunnel portal section is excavated downwards, a working space is formed, pouring construction is conducted on a zero section, a balance weight section is constructed at the end, away from the V-shaped valley, of the zero section, and an anchoring device is constructed on the balance weight section; anchoring the counterweight section and the rock mass into a whole; the cantilever section is constructed section by section from the zero sections on the two sides of the V-shaped valley, and in the construction process, tensioning stiffening stay cables are installed to ensure the linearity of the cantilever section; then closure section construction is conducted; after the closure section is hardened, the hanging basket on the bridge is dismantled, and then stiffening steel truss construction is conducted on the bridge surface; and finally, auxiliary engineering of the bridge is constructed, and construction of the single-cantilever construction combined bridge of the V-shaped valley is completed. Single-cantilever pouring construction is achieved through the balance weight sections, the stay cables, the steel trusses and the anchoring devices, the span can reach 40-200 m, the construction period is shortened, and the influence on the environment is reduced.
本发明公开了一种单悬臂施工组合桥及施工方法,首先对V形沟谷两侧分别进行隧道施工,然后隧道洞口段底板向下开挖,形成工作空间并进行零号段浇注施工,零号段远离V形沟谷一端施工配重段,在配重段施工锚固装置,将配重段与岩体锚固为一体;从V形沟谷两侧的零号段开始,对悬臂段分节段施工,并在施工过程中,安装张拉加劲斜拉索保证悬臂段线性;之后进行合拢段施工;待合拢段硬化后,拆除桥上的挂篮,然后再桥面进行加劲钢桁架施工;最后对桥梁附属工程施工,完成V形沟谷的单悬臂施工组合桥的施工。本发明利用配重段、斜拉索、钢桁架和锚固装置实现了单悬臂浇筑施工,跨度可以达到40m~200m范围,缩短施工周期,降低对环境的影响。
