Composite retarder and application thereof in magnesium phosphate cement-based material
The invention relates to a composite retarder and application thereof in a magnesium phosphate cement-based material, and the application method comprises but is not limited to the following three methods: 1) carrying out dry mixing on composite retarder powder and solid components of the magnesium phosphate cement-based material, and then adding mixing water for stirring and application; (2) zinc acetate and water are fully stirred, mixed and dissolved, then the mixture is added into the solid mixture of the magnesium phosphate cement-based material doped with the borate, and stirring and application are conducted; and 3) fully stirring, mixing and dissolving zinc acetate, borate and mixing water, then adding the mixture into the solid mixture of the magnesium phosphate cement-based material, and stirring and applying. Compared with the prior art, the composite retarder disclosed by the invention has a very remarkable retarding effect, and compared with a traditional single borate retarder, the composite retarder disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the setting time of a magnesium phosphate cement-based material can be greatly prolonged, the setting time of the magnesium phosphate cement-based material can be effectively regulated and controlled between dozens of minutes and dozens of hours, and the actual application requirements are met.
本发明涉及一种复合缓凝剂及其在磷酸镁水泥基材料中的应用,使用方法包含但不限于以下三种:1)将复合缓凝剂粉体与磷酸镁水泥基材料的固体组分进行干混,而后加入拌合水进行搅拌及应用;2)将乙酸锌和水充分搅拌混合溶解,而后将其加入已掺有硼酸盐的磷酸镁水泥基材料的固体混合料中,进行搅拌及应用;3)将乙酸锌和硼酸盐与拌合水充分搅拌混合溶解,而后将其加入磷酸镁水泥基材料的固体混合料中,进行搅拌及应用。与现有技术相比,本发明的复合缓凝剂,缓凝效果十分显著,较之传统单一硼酸盐缓凝剂,其可使磷酸镁水泥基材料凝结时间大幅延长,并可实现对磷酸镁水泥基材料凝结时间在几十分钟到十几个小时之间的有效调控,满足实际应用需求。
