The concrete is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 130 to 200 parts of cement, 110 to 180 parts of the solid waste-based material, 175 parts of water, 50 to 60 parts of fly ash, 855 to 900 parts of machine-made sand, 920 to 965 parts of stone and 5.5 to 5.9 parts of a water reducing agent, the raw materials of the solid waste-based material are blast furnace slag, steel slag and desulfurized gypsum; part of cement is replaced by the solid waste base, the content is limited, the use amount of the cement is reduced, the cracking risk caused by too high cement hydration heat is reduced, the compressive strength is high, and the workability of the concrete is improved through proper mixing.
本发明公开一种含有固废基材料的混凝土及其制备方法与应用,包括质量份数如下的组分:130‑200份水泥、110‑180份固废基材料、175份水、50‑60份粉煤灰、855‑900份机制砂、920‑965份石子、5.5‑5.9份减水剂;固废基材料的原料为高炉矿渣、钢渣及脱硫石膏;通过固废基代替部分水泥并进行了含量限定,减少了水泥的用量,降低了水泥水化热过高带来的开裂风险,抗压强度大,且适量掺入改善了混凝土的和易性。
